The Council report is centred on the prevention of cruelty to trees so if Jenko has expertise in dendrology, we'll be calling on him ;-) I think our two member architects are well sorted on the structure, the only piece of steel will be to support the balcony and the rest will be timber frame construction so little need for structural engineering.
